It's come again. Christmas. And you need some Christmas gifts for your employees. Now, the dilemma begins. What should you get?
This is going to depend on a few things. How many employees do you need to buy gifts for? Are they male or female? How much do you have to spend on each one's gift? You obviously will have a lot more options if you are buying for only a few employees as compared to ten or fifteen. Let's look at some ideas for women employees.

Christmas Ornaments make a nice gift. If you know something about the person, you can personalize it somewhat to them. For example, if you know they are crazy about their dog, you can buy an ornament that includes a four-legged friend.
Candles are a favorite of women. Today, there are so many choices - soy candles or regular wax. Shaped candles. And the scents...there are a million to choose from. If you are buying the same candle for several employees, I would suggest picking a lightly scented one, as it will be pleasing to just about everyone.
Gift cards are easy to buy and an appreciated gift. Starbucks, the mall, a nail salon, a bookstore are all great places to give a gift card to.
Gift baskets are lovely gifts. You can buy them either already made or make your own. Either way, the baskets only need a few items in them to make a nice gift. Some candy, socks, lotions or other foods make good choices.
Cash is always a welcomed gift, especially this year. This is more appropriate if you have only a few employees, but a little extra cash bonus is a gift that will really be appreciated.

Tie tacs, though kind of "standard" are still a good gift for a man. They like to change their tie tac every so often.
A Money clip is a useful but fairly inexpensive gift.
Food! What man doesn't like food? A nice gift from Hickory Farms or other gourmet treats can be a tasty way to say "Merry Christmas."
Gift cards for men are great gifts. Again, Starbucks, a bookstore, Lowes or Home Depot are places that men like to shop and would love some extra money to spend there.
